All equipment is provided for all sessions, but if you prefer to bring your own mat for pilates or yoga classes that is fine.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in without any zips.
Bare feet or non-slip socks for pilates or reformer sessions.
For TRX sessions please wear clean trainers.
There is ample free parking on site.
