This is a mixed level matwork pilates class involving the use of various small pieces of equipment such as bands, balls, toning circles, foam rollers etc. It is suitable for anyone with reasonable fitness and no acute injuries. Exercises will have options to make more or less demanding modifications.
Anyone new to pilates or with current injuries will need to speak with the instructor before booking on to a class.
