This Reformer class still focuses on the principles of pilates and alignment whilst working through the essential & intermediate reformer repertoire. Prepare to gain core strength, fitness and flexibility in a way that is gentle on the body regardless of age, weight or fitness level. This class falls between our Principles and Dynamic in level; although there will be options given to challenge those wanting a more advanced workout at reformer 3 level if they wish.
Anyone new to reformer sessions or with current injuries will need to speak with the instructor before booking on to a class.
