This is a challenging, fun, reformer based class. Incorporating all elements of the reformer repertoire from essential through to advanced. This full body workout will further develop your core strength, balance, flexibility and stability
This class is not suitable for those new to general pilates and anyone with injuries or restrictions will need to check with the instructor before booking on.
