This reformer class focusses on the principles of pilates whilst working through the essential reformer repertoire. Close attention is paid to technique, breathing, mobilization and stabilisation. This class is ideal for those both new to reformer, or wishing to work at a gentle/ slower pace taking time to focus on principles and alignment whilst gaining the benefits of the unique qualities of a reformer class.
Anyone new to reformer sessions or with current injuries will need to speak with the instructor before booking on to a class. This is a class suitable for all levels.
